We had a fantastic time at Romyen Resort, the service and anything else has been really perfect. Also Tim is one of the coolest girls I've ever met. We also did a jungletrack, which was fine. But if it's possible you should do it in the RAINY season, because in cold and warm season, the jungle is very dry and you won't see much flowers or animals. What ever, we've been drunken very often and had really great fun here!. I'LL BE BACK!

Beautiful, lush and relaxing resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place had a wonderful "Home" feel that made me feel very comfortable.
I am happy I came here, stayed longer than I intended to, but it was worth it,
Tours
Golden triangle (1 day) 1000 baht very long day in the van to see statue and village (longneck). Lunch was a nice buffet style. Tour guides are great, not enough time to really see the golden triangle area. 30 minutes on Loas coast and village, no time to walk around. Driving and shopping tour. I do not recomment the one day trip, better to do it over 2 days, or take the 1 day tour from Chiangrai. Long Day!.
Ultra/Micro-lite plane 15/30 min 1700-2900 on board camera and 300 baht for 20 pics cool little thing to do if you don't have a lot of time. Safe and stable flight, pilot was knowledgable of area. A 1 time must do.
1 day Elephant Trek 1000.00 baht (6 hours) * Be prepared to TIP everyone (drivers, rafters, elephant drivers, adds to total cost by 50%. Elephants stop and go constantly. Not a smooth ride but great for picture taking.
Water ride was cool and very wet, the guide are fund and confident.Steven McGarva,

Me and my daughter stayed 5 days in this resort. We enjoyed this place very much, since it is a natural oasis within the well maintained park, the old trees, frog concerts, nice rooms, and last but not least a very friendly and hospitable management. The very helpful and carrying family who runs this resort made us feeling at home and we'd love to come back again soon!Conny & Teva

We were here a week, during Songkran and thank goddess as we got to escape from the wet madness!! The house was immaculate and the staff extremely accomodating of all one needs (extra food, pickups 'cause we were lost etc) Fab setting off the tourist track!! Love the recommendations, insights and professionalism coupled with flexibility and warmth!!
